Job summary

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP in Houston seeks a litigation attorney with 3–6 years of experience to join its growing office.

The ideal candidate will manage commercial and contract disputes, draft and argue motions, take and defend depositions, attend court conferences, and assist with trial preparation; Texas Bar is required, with a Louisiana license preferred.

Competitive salary with benefits and up to $40,000 plus bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of litigation experience in commercial and contract disputes.
• Strong analytical and writing skills; ability to draft motions and briefs.
• Texas Bar is required; Louisiana license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial and contract disputes from pre-litigation through trial preparation.

Dinsmore seeks an attorney with 3-6 years of litigation experience to join its growing Houston office. The ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of commercial and contract disputes, including pre-litigation analysis, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, attending court conferences, and trial preparation. Consideration is also given to candidates with experience in real estate, construction and/or financial services. Candidates must demonstrate excellent analytical and writing skills and academic achievement. Texas Bar required, with a Louisiana license preferred.
