Job description

LHH is assisting our mid-sized law firm client in its search for a Labor & Employment Associate to join its Downtown Los Angeles office. Attorneys will have the opportunity to represent employers in a collaborative and supportive environment that values mentorship, professional development, and strong team connections fostered through regular team lunches and quarterly firm outings.

Base Salary: $150,000 - $200,000+ annually

Bonus Opportunities: Year-end discretionary bonus - Bonus eligibility and amount are based upon company and/or individual performance
