Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions partners with a renowned litigation boutique to recruit a Commercial Litigation Associate in Cleveland, OH. This role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client contact, and hands-on trial exposure beyond a traditional support position.

You will manage cases, contribute to strategy, and work on high-stakes disputes with a national practice scope, including potential for expansion and significant courtroom exposure.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3-7 years of litigation experience.
• Background in commercial litigation, business disputes, trade secret litigation, restrictive covenant/non-compete matters, or similar complex litigation work.
• Experience managing day-to-day litigation responsibilities and interacting directly with clients.
• Strong legal writing, oral advocacy, and case management skills.
• Experience with e-discovery and platforms such as Relativity is a plus.
• TRO, preliminary injunction, arbitration, or trial preparation experience is highly valued.
• Candidates with white collar investigations experience or finance/accounting backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

LHH is partnering with a highly regarded litigation boutique on a confidential search for a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an associate who wants to move beyond a traditional support role and take on meaningful responsibility managing cases, advising clients, and gaining hands-on trial experience. The firm's practice is national in scope and handles sophisticated business disputes, restrictive covenant matters, trade secret litigation, FINRA-related disputes, and other high-stakes commercial matters.

What We're Looking For

• Approximately 3-7 years of litigation experience
