🔹 What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage your own caseload across all phases of pre-trial litigation
• Develop, evaluate, and execute litigation strategies
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and provide clear, well‑reasoned analysis
• Investigate facts, evaluate claims, and prepare cases for negotiation or trial
• Oversee all aspects of discovery, including requests, responses, and document management
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients at mediations and arbitrations
• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, and before government agencies
• Track and meet all deadlines with precision
