Job summary

LHH is partnering with a respected Am Law 100 firm to add a Litigation Associate to its Business Litigation team. This role offers high-level litigation work, strong mentorship, and long‑term growth potential.

The position supports commercial, civil, and business litigation matters, requires 2+ years of experience and a JD, and offers a flexible hybrid schedule with two remote days per week, extensive benefits, and potential relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• 2+ years of litigation experience, ideally with an Am Law 100 firm.
• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
• Licensed with a U.S. state Bar.

This position is part of a nationally recognized business litigation practice that advises clients in all aspects of commercial, civil, and business litigation matters. The role is ideal for an attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience looking to deepen their experience in litigation matters.

Responsibilities:

• Support commercial, civil, and business litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
• Manage deadlines and court appearances across multiple jurisdictions
• Work closely with clients and senior attorneys on sophisticated matters

What They Offer:

• Anticipated salary range of $210K–$265K depending on experience
• Flexible hybrid schedule (two remote days per week)
• Billable credit for up to 100 hours of pro bono work annually
