Leydig, Voit & Mayer, Ltd., a Chicago-based intellectual property law practice with over 80 attorneys and patent agents, seeks a Litigation Associate to join our growing Chicago office.
The attorney will be responsible for all aspects of intellectual property litigation practice, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, Markman hearings, opinions, client counseling, negotiations and licensing, trial preparation and practice, and appellate practice.
All candidates must have two to three years of litigation experience. Candidates should possess strong writing and analytical skills, superior academic credentials, and a technical background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, or a related field. Candidates must be registered or eligible to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
