Litigation Associate (No billable hours - 40 hour / week schedule)

This range is provided by Henderson Scott US. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

90,000.00 / yr - $95,000.00 / yr

1. Maintaining and supervising a heavy & diversified caseload of the firm's clients in the greater Cleveland area.
2. Communicating with clients regarding their respective matters.
3. Drafting pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, reviewing & drafting agreements, etc.
4. Communicating with opposing parties to resolve / settle claims.
5. Conducting legal research related to simple and complex issues in contract law and other areas of consumer law.
6. Must be currently admitted to practice law in Ohio (multi-state admission is a plus).
