Farah & Farah, a premier personal injury law firm serving Florida and Georgia, seeks an experienced Litigation Assistant. The role supports attorneys in trials, hearings, and depositions, with a focus on case organization, discovery, and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a litigation assistant or in a similar legal role.
• Familiarity with litigation processes and terminology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions by organizing case files, drafting pleadings, and preparing discovery documents.
• Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
• Maintain accurate case management systems and meet deadlines.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel regarding case updates and scheduling.
• File documents with courts and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and organize trial exhibits and materials.
• Gather, review, and summarize evidence and documents.
• Provide general administrative support including calendar management and file maintenance.
