Farah & Farah Personal Injury Lawyers is seeking an experienced Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team in Georgia. You will support attorneys across the PI litigation lifecycle, handling research, document drafting, and case management while maintaining client communication and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a paralegal in a law firm or legal setting.
• Proficiency in legal research and writing with drafting pleadings and motions.
• Knowledge of personal injury litigation procedures and applicable laws.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
• Proficiency with case management software and MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and attorneys.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to confidentiality and sound judgment.
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.

Mansioni

• Assist attorneys with all phases of personal injury litigation from pre-trial to post-trial.
• Conduct legal research and gather evidence such as medical records and witness statements.
• Draft complaints, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
• File and manage documents in court and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, medical professionals, and experts for information.
• Review and summarize medical records and case documents.
• Prepare discovery responses and manage the discovery process.
• Prepare case files and exhibits for depositions and trials.
• Maintain case management systems with deadlines and correspondence.
• Communicate case updates to clients and schedule appointments.
• Support trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and notebooks.
