Farah & Farah seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal in Orange Park, FL to support attorneys in personal injury cases. The role spans pre-trial to post-trial tasks, including drafting, research, and evidence gathering.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases while meeting deadlines. This is a full-time, onsite position in a professional office setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a paralegal.
• Experience drafting legal documents and pleadings.
• Knowledge of personal injury litigation procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all phases of personal injury litigation, including pre-trial preparation, trial, and post-trial activities.
• Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support case strategies.
• Draft and prepare legal documents such as complaints, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
• File and manage legal documents in court and ensure compliance with all deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, medical professionals, and expert witnesses to obtain information.
• Review and summarize medical records, accident reports, and other documents.
• Assist in the discovery process and manage documents.
• Prepare case files and exhibits for depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Maintain and update case management systems with case details and deadlines.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and schedule appointments.
• Support attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and notebooks.
