Job summary

Levin Papantonio, a national personal injury firm, seeks an Administrative Legal Assistant to support Attorneys and Paralegals with confidential litigation, workers’ compensation, and other legal matters across a variety of cases.

This role rewards reliability and attention to detail, requires strong written and verbal communication, and involves maintaining calendars, files, and client relations from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM in Pensacola.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of legal, secretarial, and office practices.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have computer skills, specifically in the Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain attorney calendars and schedule conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
• Monitor court dates, pleadings, and filing requirements.
• Mail, fax, or deliver legal correspondence to clients, witnesses, and courts.
• Build a strong, trustworthy relationship with clients.
