Qualifications

• Hands-on lithography experience (photo or e-beam).
• Strong resist processing fundamentals (materials, bake/develop windows).
• Proven lithography troubleshooting skills (root cause, containment).
• Experiment planning and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own hands-on lithography from resist spin to develop and metrology.
• Plan and run DoE campaigns to accelerate learning.
• Triage and resolve issues across hardware, process, and metrology—fast.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to move from demo to production.
