Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a skilled engineer to lead the development and optimization of photolithography track equipment and processes that impact yield and scalability.

You will collaborate with suppliers and global fabs to bring next-generation memory processes to life and drive hardware from concept to high-volume manufacturing. The role requires a strong background in photolithography, track equipment control, and defect analysis, with the ability to work across sites and mentor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Validated experience with photolithography equipment development and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of track processes and equipment control systems.
• Experience fixing defects, uniformity issues, and process deviations.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead track equipment development and supplier engagements to meet roadmap requirements.
• Drive installation, qualification, and optimization of photolithography track systems.
• Investigate process excursions and implement solutions to improve yield and performance.
• Develop and optimize track recipes to meet defect, cost, and throughput targets.
• Coordinate multi-functionally to define equipment specifications and improve manufacturing alignment.
