Job summary

Polar Semiconductor, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer to drive capacity expansion and optimize lithography processes in a cleanroom environment. You will qualify new equipment, run experiments, and analyze results to push performance and yield.

You will work directly with ASML to apply industry standards and improve throughput while supporting new product introductions. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in photolithography in semiconductor manufacturing,

Qualifications

• Capable of working in a cleanroom environment [fully gowned].
• Knowledge of SPC, Gage R&R, and Six-Sigma methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Technical writing, computer use and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Optical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or related field.
• 5+ years of photolithography experience in semiconductor manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand lithography processes to support capacity growth.
• Qualify new equipment and perform experiments with data-driven analysis.
• Collaborate with OEM (ASML) to implement industry best practices at PSL.
• Evaluate software/hardware upgrades to improve throughput and yield.
• Create and maintain lithography recipes and procedures.
• Monitor APC systems and drive process control improvements.
• Work with device engineering to manufacture new products or improve processes.
