Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of wafer fab semiconductor photolithography experience with DOE, yield, and root cause analysis.
• Hands-on with ASML steppers/scanners and TEL track systems for process qualification and optimization.
• Proven track record of improving yield, defectivity, overlay and CD control.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Experience using SQL/Oracle/Spotfire or similar tools to analyze manufacturing data.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and sustain lithography processes used for device fabrication.
• Support photolithography processes and tools for resist coat, expose, develop, and metrology; cover 1x, i-line, and ebeam tooling.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D to improve stability and yield.
