Qualifications

• Master's degree with 4+ years of semiconductor industry experience, or a Ph.D. with 2+ years in a related field.
• Experience with semiconductor processing, fabrication, or nanotechnology.
• Proficiency in design of experiments, SPC, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead scientific research enabling advanced device architectures for Intel processes.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to meet engineering specifications.
• Develop and transfer processes to manufacturing via Copy Exactly Methodology.
• Ramp to manufacturing volumes and contribute to IP development.
