Job summary

Intel Corporation in Hillsboro, Oregon seeks a Lithography Tool Install Engineer to plan, coordinate, and execute installation of lithography equipment within leading-edge semiconductor facilities. You will collaborate with factory owners, suppliers, contractors, and engineering teams to ensure on-time, safe installation aligned with business goals.

The Successful Candidate will hold a technical bachelor’s (or master’s with relevant experience) and demonstrate strong project planning,

Qualifications

• Minimum of a technical bachelor's degree with 3+ years in semiconductor manufacturing or related fields.
• Master's degree plus 1+ year of related experience acceptable as alternative.
• Preferred PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent project-management certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute semiconductor tool installation activities during factory construction and ramp milestones.
• Collaborate with owners, suppliers, contractors, and engineering teams to ensure resources meet schedules.
• Lead planning and coordination across multiple stakeholders to support installation execution.
• Monitor readiness, procurement, funding approvals, and project milestones.
• Develop and maintain installation plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Serve as primary Intel equipment owner from planning through turnover and handover.
• Escalate risks and drive issue resolution to protect schedule commitments.
• Ensure all work complies with Intel safety, quality, and operational standards.
