Electrical Automation Services is seeking a dependable Press Operator to join a stable, long-established production team with no history of layoffs. This full-time role operates lithographic decorating equipment on a 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift with weekly rotation and weekend work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Previous lithographic printing experience preferred.
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift schedule, including weekends and shift rotations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively with teammates, production staff, and management.

Responsabilités

• Maintain can decorators to ensure optimum print quality.
• Change plates, inks, and other materials for production changeovers.
• Safely operate lithographic decorating equipment to maximize production output.
• Monitor print quality and identify material-related issues.
• Document material issues and work toward timely resolution.
• Communicate equipment and production concerns with production personnel, management, and the Director of Lithography.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
