Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is seeking a full-time Lithographic Printer Operator to support the production team on an in-person basis. You will maintain can decorators, ensure print quality, and perform production changeovers with plates and inks, while upholding safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior lithographic printing experience preferred. Overtime and weekend shifts are part of a rotating schedule with some hours violating standard work weeks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Previous lithographic decorating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain can decorators to ensure optimum print quality.
• Change plates, inks, and other materials for production changeovers.
• Safely operate lithographic decorating equipment to maximize production output.
• Monitor print quality and identify material-related issues.
• Document issues and work toward timely resolution.
• Communicate equipment and production concerns with team and management.
• Foster strong working relationships with teammates.
