Job summary

• Communicate concerns, issues, and order status at shift changes with peers and shift supervisor.
• Train and perform demonstrations for new employees.
• Provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Communicate with other departments and other team leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical resource for finishing team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years progressive experience in a Finishing role.
• Previous lead or supervisoryexperience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks at one time with little supervision.
• Demonstrated skills of coordinating & directing activities of others.
• Excellent problem solver. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully.
• Develops alternative solutions works well in group problem solving situations; uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
