Qualifications

- Familiarity with firmware testing, diagnostic tools, and safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and repair documentation.
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Salesforce, Fishbowl).
Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair lithium batteries returned under warranty.
- Replace or refurbish defective components following internal repair protocols.
- Ensure each repair meets safety, quality, and performance standards.
- Test batteries using equipment to confirm firmware functionality and report findings.
- Log repair activities and product details for traceability.
- Package repaired batteries safely complying with shipping regulations.
