Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair lithium batteries returned under warranty.
• Replace or refurbish defective components following internal repair protocols.
• Ensure each repair meets company safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Test batteries using specialized equipment and software to confirm firmware functionality.
• Record and resolve firmware-related issues and report findings to the engineering team.
• Conduct end-of-line testing to verify repair effectiveness and product readiness.
• Log repair activities and product details into the tracking system for full traceability.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, firmware versions, part replacements, and test results.
• Coordinate with customer service and logistics for reporting.
• Package repaired batteries safely and in compliance with HAZMAT shipping regulations.
