R3 Lithium Inc. is seeking a Production Technician to support the operation of a state-of-the-art EV battery materials recovery facility in Covington, GA. The role emphasizes safe, efficient production and strict adherence to quality, environmental, and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in industrial manufacturing, experience with process equipment, and a strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement within a rotating shift environment.
Formación
- 5+ years in industrial manufacturing or related production environment.
- Experience operating industrial process equipment and understanding process control concepts.
- Ability to read procedures, P&IDs, technical docs, and diagrams.
- Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsabilidades
- Operate, monitor, and control lithium battery materials recovery processes and equipment.
- Monitor and adjust parameters to maintain production efficiency and quality.
- Perform startup/shutdown and transition of equipment per SOPs.
- Identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain production records and participate in safety programs.
