Job summary

Sunlight Group in Athens is seeking a Lithium Batteries Technician to join the After Sales team. You will provide technical support to customers, perform testing, troubleshooting, and repair activities on lithium battery systems, and contribute to the preparation of service reports.

The role also involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and high-quality after-sales support.

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
1–2 years of experience in a Field Service Engineer or similar technical role.
Experience in the energy, battery, industrial, or related sector is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Perform repair and maintenance activities on Sunlight Li‑Ion products and chargers.
Provide global technical support to partners and customers (remote and on‑site).
Manage and follow up on customer claims.
Monitor product performance and ensure optimal operation.
Prepare technical reports, improvement proposals, and KPI‑based documentation.
Collaborate with R&D, QC, and other departments to support continuous product improvement.
Deliver technical training to partners and customers.
Manage spare parts and related processes.
