Job summary

Place Network Agents in Vancouver, WA is seeking a proactive Listing Specialist to grow our real estate business. You will convert leads into appointments, conduct open houses, and guide sellers through pricing, staging, and negotiation to maximize results.

You’ll leverage PLACE technology and team support to manage transactions from contract to close, while delivering exceptional service. A real estate license and 3+ years of sales experience are required; commission-based compensation offers

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch.
• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting activities to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
• Join team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, trainings and Partner Call.
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes.
• Demonstrate pricing, staging and other listing services.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers.
• Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology.
