Place Network Agents in Michigan is seeking a Listing Assistant to join a top real estate team. You will leverage PLACE lead generation systems, conduct open houses, and convert leads into appointments while learning pricing strategies and listing services.

Qualifications

• Licensed real estate professional with 3+ years of sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch (training program).
• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call.
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes.
• Demonstrate pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers.
• Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology.

Compensation

$150,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
