The role prioritizes clear communication, empathy, and timely resolutions, with a hybrid work setup in the Lisbon office. You will work 40 hours per week, require Dutch and English proficiency, and may commute to the Lisbon office at least 2 days

Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of direct experience in Customer Service or Content Moderation.
• Professional speaking and writing skills in Dutch and English; strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Address customer queries via chat, email, phone, and social channels.
• Mediate disputes between sellers and buyers to find win-win solutions.
