Job summary

Catawiki is seeking a CS International Representative to delight customers and resolve disputes across multiple channels from Lisbon. You will mediate between buyers and sellers and work closely with Sales and Experts to improve overall experience.

The role requires 1–4 years in customer service or content moderation, fluent French and English, and a willingness to commute to the Lisbon office at least 2 days weekly. Hybrid work and weekend availability are expected.

Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of direct experience in Customer Service or Content Moderation.
• Experience with Live Channels is highly valued.
• Professional speaking and writing in French and English; strong communication skills.
• Experience in customer-related roles (hospitality, tourism, retail, call centre) preferred.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week and commute to Lisbon office at least 2 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer disputes and queries across chat, email, phone, and social media.
• Mediate between seller and buyer to find workable solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Experts and other departments to improve customer experience.
• Provide timely, accurate, empathetic support to buyers and sellers.
