Job summary

Catawiki is seeking an interim Customer Service Specialist to handle disputes and queries across chat, email, phone and social channels. You will mediate between buyers and sellers, resolve issues promptly, and contribute to a superior customer experience through collaboration with Sales and Experts.

Based in Lisbon, this 7-month fixed‑term contract requires 40 hours/week in a hybrid setup; travel/relocation may be needed.

Qualifications

• 1 to 4years of direct experience in Customer Service or Content Moderation.
• Professional speaking and writing skills in French and English; strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle disputes and inquiries across chat, email, phone and social channels.
• Mediate between buyer and seller to find workable solutions.
• Ensure timely and correct resolution of customer queries; provide feedback for service improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Experts and other departments to improve customer experience.
