Catawiki is seeking a CS International Representative in Lisbon to resolve disputes and respond to buyers and sellers across multiple channels. You will mediate between customers and provide timely, empathetic support to maintain high satisfaction.

The role requires 1–4 years in Customer Service or Content Moderation, with German and English language skills and a willingness to work in Lisbon on a hybrid schedule, including weekends and some holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of direct experience in Customer Service or Content Moderation.
• Experience with Live Channels is highly valued.
• Professional speaking and writing skills in German and English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer queries across channels (chat, email, phone, social).
• Mediate disputes between buyers and sellers to find workable solutions.
• Support and improve Customer Experience by collaborating with Sales and Experts.
