Nordic Global is seeking a senior leader to manage a team of Laboratory I.S. System Analysts responsible for LIS maintenance and support across outreach and point-of-care operations.

You will supervise analysts, manage upgrades, budgeting, vendor relations, and enterprise project portfolios to align with corporate standards. You will coordinate with clinical and IT stakeholders, lead change management, ensure testing and validation, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining compliance

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in laboratory sciences and 7 years of related experience.
• 4+ years of people management experience.
• ASCP MT certification preferred.
• Experience with Laboratory, Health System Interfaces, order and result processes preferred.
• Experience with HL7 interfacing, HIPAA Compliance, Biomed device integration, and clinical system archival preferred.
• Extensive experience in application and software support.
• Experience with ITIL incident management preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare clinical and administrative operations.
• 5+ years of IS Application Management or Project Management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing medium or large scale projects required.

• Oversee budgeting, staffing, vendor management, and project scope.
• Coordinate testing/validation and incident/change management.
• Lead communications with users, I&T, vendors and stakeholders.
• Direct staff, engage employees and develop governance.
• Ensure cyber-security compliance across applications.
• Travel up to 50%.
