Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking a Liquor Coordinator to manage liquor inventory, ordering, compliance, and distribution across stores. You will ensure locations are well-stocked, cost-effective, and compliant with laws and regulations, while supporting staff with product knowledge.

Based in Casper or Cheyenne, the role collaborates with vendors and management to maintain high standards of storage, quality, and service, and requires flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in bar operations, inventory management, or purchasing.
• Strong knowledge of liquor products, brands, and regulations.
• Proficiency with inventory software and point-of-sale systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move boxes and kegs (up to 50 lbs) and work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate liquor inventory records.
• Prepare purchase orders based on par levels, consumption trends, and upcoming events.
• Ensure liquor handling complies with federal, state, and local laws; maintain licenses and permits.
• Coordinate liquor deliveries and oversee accurate receiving procedures; assist staff with product knowledge.
• Generate inventory and usage reports and assist with forecasting and budgeting for liquor purchasing.
