Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 2+ years related experience preferred
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel and AS400
• Ability to work proactively and independently
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Detail oriented and able to handle physically demanding conditions
• Forklift certified or willing to become forklift certified

Responsibilities

• Verify ingredients required with scheduler to support the liquid division
• Perform clerical duties for the liquid division (scanning, filing, organizing documents)
• Design and complete spreadsheets for the liquid division
• Handle shipping and receiving; prepare BOL and shipping documents
• Enter data into AS400 and confirm orders for the liquid division
• Print labels per customer instructions
• Liaise between departments (purchasing, accounting, transportation, IT, Product Development, QA, sales)
• Conduct cycle counts with accounting for period-end inventory
• Ship samples to ABC research lab and monitor via ABC website; obtain QA Manager approval
