Morgan Stanley Investment Management Operations seeks a highly motivated Liquidity Trade Support Director to partner with the Liquidity trading desk and Portfolio Managers in the Public Markets Middle Office. You will oversee daily liquidity operations, ensure accurate trade processing, settlement and cash readiness, and drive risk controls across the trade lifecycle.

• 6+ years of experience in Investment Operations, Trade Support or Middle Office at an asset manager, bank or other financial institution.
• Hands-on experience with repos, reverse repos, tri-party transactions, time deposits and commercial paper.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Finance, Economics or Accounting preferred.
• Experience with trade capture, confirmations, settlement, cash and position reconciliations, exception management and operational risk controls.
• Knowledge of Aladdin is a plus; familiarity with trading dashboards and downstream systems is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for front-office and operations stakeholders.
• Strong team player who can work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day operational partnership to the Liquidity trading desk, ensuring accurate trade processing, settlement and cash readiness.
• Monitor the trade lifecycle, investigate booking/interface exceptions and coordinate with Traders, Brokers and Custodians.
• Oversee daily Liquidity Operations and support service providers, driving consistency and controls.
• Track operational metrics like trade fails and breaks, and escalate issues with stakeholders as needed.
• Collaborate on technology enhancements and process improvements to optimize straight-through processing.
