Job summary

Morgan Stanley Investment Management Operations seeks a highly skilled Equities Trade Support professional to join the Public Markets Middle Office. This role provides end-to-end operational support across the equity trade lifecycle, coordinating with front office, technology, and controls to ensure timely execution and settlement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of equities trade support or middle office experience.
• Experience partnering with PMs/Traders and downstream operations.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to PMs and Traders across equity and FX, ensuring accurate processing through settlement.
• Act as primary contact for front-office stakeholders with oversight of trade lifecycle controls.
• Resolve trade workflow issues across trade capture, confirmations, settlement, and reconciliations with risk awareness.
• Maintain start-of-day readiness and communicate exposures, exceptions, and actions.
