Morgan Stanley is seeking a Director-level Liquidity Trade Support professional for the Public Markets Middle Office in New York. You will be the primary operations contact for the Liquidity trading desk, ensuring accurate processing, timely settlement, and strong controls in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with MSIM Trading, Technology, Operations and Compliance, overseeing daily liquidity operations, supporting service providers, and driving continuous improvement across the trade

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in Investment Operations or Middle Office with liquidity product knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting.
• Experience with trade capture, settlement, cash & position reconciliations, risk controls.

Aufgaben

• Provide day‑to‑day Liquidity Trade Support to desk and investment teams.
• Ensure timely trade capture, confirmations, settlement and cash movements.
• Monitor dashboards, investigate exceptions and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain cash availability, funding, and accurate trade/cash records.
• Collaborate with Traders, Reconciliation, Brokers and Custodians to settle trades.
