JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a senior leader to own Liquidity & Accounts product commercialization for North America. You will guide growth strategy, deliver cross-functional solutions, and lead regional teams across corporate and financial-institution clients.

This role spans RFPs, client engagements, and regulatory compliance within a large, regulated environment. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Corporate Bank to shape the roadmap, drive adoption, and orchestrate end-to-end liquidity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field with advanced credentials.
• 10+ years in liquidity management and payment solutions, including leadership and client-facing roles.
• Deep structuring expertise and regulatory literacy, incl. third-party money considerations and cross-border flows.
• Knowledge of market trends, tech like virtual accounts, blockchain, data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Liquidity & Accounts penetration, growth objectives, and revenue initiatives.
• Lead North America specialist team, set coverage model and book of work.
• Partner with bankers and Sales to expand liquidity wallet share across regions.
• Shape client engagements, RFP responses, and compliant account architectures for funding and settlements.
• Influence product roadmap via voice of customer, data, and trends.
• Maintain regulatory and audit readiness across jurisdictions.
• Elevate market presence through events, webinars, and thought leadership.
