TEXAS INTERNATIONAL TERMINALS in Galveston is seeking a Liquids Operations Manager to lead all liquid terminal operations, ensuring safe handling of fuels, crude oil, and related products while meeting customer requirements and regulatory obligations.

You will supervise frontline teams, drive safety culture, manage budgets, coordinate with regulatory agencies, and optimize processes for efficiency and reliability across tank farm and loading operations.

Qualifications

Chemical Engineer with 5+ years managing operations preferred.
12+ years demonstrated success in safely overseeing and managing a liquids operation department.
Must have or be able to obtain a TWIC card.
Must possess and maintain a valid US driver's license.
Must pass all pre-employment testing including a drug test, physical and background check.

Responsibilities

Oversee liquid and process operation activities and personnel.
Coordinate product receipt, processing, storage, and shipments.
Ensure operations are executed safely, environmentally sound, and cost-efficient within budget.
Staff operation to execute daily activities while maintaining cost sensitivity within budget.
Update forecasts and production matrices for terminal customers.
