Job summary

Texas International Terminals is seeking a Liquids Operations Manager to lead all liquid terminal activities, including fuels, crude oil, storage, and shipments, ensuring safety, compliance, and cost discipline.

The role requires regular field presence, supervision of crews, coordination with regulatory agencies (OSHA, EPA, USCG), and collaboration with customers and internal teams to optimize processes and performance.

Qualifications

• Chemical engineer degree with leadership in liquids operations.
• Experience in safely overseeing liquids operations and regulatory compliance.
• TWIC card or eligibility to obtain one.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks.

Responsibilities

• Safely manage liquid and process operation activities and personnel including receipt, processing, storage, and shipments.
• Ensure operations are conducted safely, environmentally sound, and efficiently.
• Staff the operation to meet daily demands while maintaining cost discipline.
