Job summary

ARG PETRO is seeking a dedicated Terminal Manager to oversee daily terminal operations for liquid petroleum products and chemicals. You will lead staff, coordinate deliveries, and maintain documentation to uphold safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2–5 years of supervisory experience in related industries, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to regulatory compliance. Travel and on-call responsibilities may apply in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in oil, gas, transportation, logistics or related industries.
• Experience managing terminal, bulk fuel, chemical handling, or distribution operations preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day terminal operations for receiving, storing, and transporting products.
• Manage budgeting, scheduling, and overtime to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and operational reporting.
• Lead safety meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
