Job summary

ARG PETRO in Center, TX seeks a dedicated Terminal Manager to oversee day-to-day terminal operations for liquid petroleum products and chemicals. You will lead staff, manage safety and regulatory compliance, and ensure accurate inventory and documentation across loading, transport, and billing processes.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of supervisory experience in oil, gas, or logistics, plus strong organizational and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in oil and gas, transportation, logistics, or related industry.
• Experience managing terminal, bulk fuel, chemical handling, or distribution operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day terminal operations for petroleum and chemical products.
• Direct and manage terminal activities to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective distribution.
• Plan and direct operations and maintenance per standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor expenses and maintain budget oversight with leadership.
• Schedule staff to ensure adequate terminal coverage.
• Maintain facilities to be clean, organized, and safe.
• Maintain accurate loading, transportation, inventory, billing, and customer records.
• Develop and implement procedures promoting safety, quality, and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including DOT/OSHA.
• Lead safety meetings and training; drive continuous improvement.
• Supervise contractors and terminal employees.
• Be on-call for emergencies; support incident prevention.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
