Job summary

BWC Terminal Holdings LLC is seeking a highly capable Terminal Manager to oversee all operations at our bulk liquid storage terminal. You will lead staff, manage budgets, and drive safety and environmental compliance across the facility to optimize throughput and reliability.

This role requires strong leadership, industry knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with commercial and operations teams to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years’ terminal/general management experience.
• Minimum five years’ experience in terminal management or related terminal, refinery, or tank vessel experience.
• Experience in staff management.
• Knowledge of and skill in operating equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Project management knowledge.
• Must be TWIC eligible.
• Ability to wear safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and manage terminal operations, maintenance and shipping and receiving.
• Establish and monitor overall terminal performance for operations and quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of terminal staff, including processing time-off requests.
• Plan and coordinate customer service activities in consultation with commercial and operations management.
• Control and minimize labor overtime, repair expenses and utilities.
• Maintain existing terminal and monitor equipment, including repairs or replacements.
