Job summary

BWC Terminals is seeking a skilled Terminal Manager to oversee the operations of a bulk liquid storage terminal in the United States. You will lead staff, optimize throughput, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while focusing on cost control and service quality.

The role requires hands-on leadership, budget management, and coordination with contractors. You will drive continuous improvements to protect people, assets, and the environment and meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (terminal/general management preferred).
• Minimum five years’ terminal management or related experience.
• Experience in staff management and budgeting.
• Knowledge of and ability to manage capital equipment and HSEQ requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and manage terminal operations, maintenance, and shipping/receiving.
• Plan and monitor terminal performance, safety, and quality standards.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff; oversee payroll and performance management.
• Develop budgets and control costs; coordinate with commercial/operations teams.
• Oversee PM programs and contractor qualifications; ensure regulatory compliance.
