Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor liquid filling equipment to ensure consistent and accurate filling of containers.
• Adjust machine settings, including speed, volume, and pressure, as required for different production runs.
• Inspect filled containers for proper weight, fill level, and sealing integrity.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with product specifications.
• Identify and remove defective products from the production line.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery, such as cleaning and lubricating parts.
• Record production data, including batch numbers, quantities, and deviations from standard operations.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and meet targets.
