Job summary

DFA is seeking a Production Operator to operate filler equipment for multiple product families in a GMP environment. You will monitor packaging, complete documentation, and perform line changeovers safely to support continuous production.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, can work in a fast-paced team, and are proficient with basic math and computer systems for record keeping. English communication is required.

Qualifications

Able to legibly write entries for record keeping.
Able to use company computer systems.
Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

Operate filler equipment of the production line and monitor packaging.
Complete all required documentation and scheduled quality checks.
Monitor weights, seals, caps, and general packaging of product.
Make adjustments to filler timing and filling; check mat as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties.
Collect required samples needed for quality assurance testing.
Prepare equipment for next run and size changes as needed.
Maintain communication with other departments, supervisor, and employees about problems that may affect efficiency.
Follow DFA GMP and all health, safety, and sanitation requirements.
