Job summary

COSCO INTERNATIONAL INC. is seeking a Filling Line Operator in Marietta, GA. The role runs and monitors filling/packaging lines, performs changeovers, and ensures safety and quality standards are met on a fast-paced production line.

You will operate equipment, perform light maintenance, document results, and collaborate with QA, Maintenance, and Planning to meet daily output targets. A high school diploma is required with 1–3 years’ related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred.
• 1–3 years operating filling/packaging equipment in cosmetic, OTC, food, or medical device manufacturing preferred.
• Working knowledge of GMP/ISO and basic mechanical aptitude (hand tools, fasteners, guides, sensors).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication, attention to detail, and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Run, clean, change over, and monitor filling/packaging equipment to meet daily production targets.
• Start up, operate, and shut down fillers, cappers, labelers, conveyors, and printers per SOPs.
• Maintain line speed, fill volume/weight, label placement, and seal integrity with minor adjustments.
• Disassemble and reassemble machines for cleaning and changeovers; complete logs and reports on time.
• Perform light maintenance and troubleshoot issues; escalate abnormal conditions to appropriate leads.
• Record in-process checks and ensure batch traceability; manage components and BOM per instructions.
