Job summary

DFA is seeking a Filler Operator to operate filler equipment across product families, monitor packaging quality, perform required documentation, and support downtime reduction through timely adjustments and line changeovers. You will collaborate with teams to maintain GMP, safety, and quality standards on all shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse, production, or general work experience preferred.
• Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate filler equipment and monitor packaging quality.
• Complete required documentation and scheduled quality checks.
• Adjust filler timing and perform line changeovers safely.
• Maintain GMP compliance and proper sanitation.
