Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Basic math, problem solving, and good communication with teammates.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safe work practices, GMPs, and maintain sanitary conditions to ensure product quality.
• Operate, clean, and assist in preventive maintenance for filler machines.
• Lead changeover activities for fillers and date coding with proper supervisor notification.
• Maintain line efficiency, meet daily production KPI targets, and coordinate with Pasteurizer and Packaging.
• Record quality checks, downtime, and monitor cleaning with appropriate PPE.
• Train new hires and participate in safety meetings and continuous improvement efforts.
