J&T Business Consulting is seeking a Linux Platform Engineer to build and maintain internal platforms and automation for rapid software delivery. You will design scalable environments, implement CI/CD practices, and collaborate with development teams to improve reliability.

The role emphasizes strong Linux administration, Ansible automation, and observability using Prometheus and Grafana to ensure platform health and performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree plus at least ten years of relevant technical experience, OR fourteen years of platform engineering in lieu of a degree.
Strong Linux systems administration and command-line experience.
Solid experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management.
Familiarity with CI/CD tooling and pipelines, plus modern observability stacks.

Responsibilities

Architect, deploy, and maintain internal developer platforms and environments.
Automate workflows and configuration tasks to accelerate delivery pipelines.
Monitor health and performance with modern observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana).
Investigate and resolve complex infrastructure and platform issues.
Enforce security controls and regulatory compliance across environments.
Collaborate with software teams to streamline deployment workflows.
