Job summary

COMSO, Inc. in Laurel, MD seeks a senior Infrastructure Engineer with TS/SCI w/ poly requirement to build, test, and maintain tools enabling rapid software release. You will collaborate with development and operations teams to automate processes, improve deployment pipelines, ensure platform security, and monitor system performance using Prometheus and Grafana.

Qualifications

Build, test, and maintain the infrastructure and tools to allow for the speedy development and release of software.
Work closely with development, and operations teams to automate processes, enhance system reliability, and improve deployment pipelines.
Ideal candidate is detail oriented, experience in Ansible and passionate about automation and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

Ensure platform security, compliance, and adherence to best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and platform-related issues
Design, build, and maintain internal platforms that support application development and deployment
Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability using observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
Automate operational processes to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency
Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve developer experience and deployment workflows
